Question 1

Do my files really stay on my phone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your exports and statements are read inside your browser and saved only on that device. The one network call checks your licence key. Install the app, switch on airplane mode, and it still works.

Question 2

Which files can it read?

Accepted Answer

Settlement exports from Razorpay, PhonePe and Paytm, and bank statements from HDFC, ICICI, SBI and Axis. If a column is read wrong, fix it in the review table before the totals are worked out.

Question 3

How is the UPI MDR worked out?

Accepted Answer

0.4% of each UPI payment above ₹2,000, with the fee capped at ₹300 per payment. NPCI deferred the start from 15 Oct 2026 to a date after Diwali that it has yet to notify. A payment of ₹2,000 or less has no MDR. A ₹12,400 payment costs ₹49.60. A ₹92,000 payment costs ₹300, not ₹368.

Question 4

Can I claim GST on these fees?

Accepted Answer

Gateways charge 18% GST on their fees. The GST view lists that GST and flags payments that are not on any of your invoices, so your CA can match them. What you claim is your CA's call.

Question 5

Do I need to download it from the Play Store?

Accepted Answer

No. It is a web app. Open the site, tap Install, and it sits on your home screen like any other app. It works on Android, iPhone and laptops.

Question 6

Do I need to sign up?

Accepted Answer

Not to try it. Paid plans come with a licence key that you enter once. There is no account and no password to remember.

Question 7

How many devices can I use?

Accepted Answer

A Merchant key works on up to 3 phones or laptops at once, and a CA practice key on up to 5. Each device keeps its own files.

Question 8

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Not as a rule, which is why the free plan lets you try the app with your own files first. If something went wrong with a payment, send a refund request from the support page and we look at each case. A refunded payment's licence key stops working.

Question 9

What happens after a year?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is charged on its own. Your files and ledgers stay on your device, and new reports carry a watermark until you renew.
